Refund Eligibility

At evixaripulio, we believe in the value of our capital budgeting education programs. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Here's when you may be eligible for a refund:

  • Course cancellation within 14 days of enrollment for full program courses
  • Technical issues preventing access to course materials for more than 72 hours
  • Significant changes to course content or schedule that weren't communicated in advance
  • Medical emergencies or family situations that prevent course completion (documentation required)
  • Job relocation outside Canada that makes participation impossible

Please note: Refunds are not available once you've completed more than 25% of the course materials or attended more than two live sessions.

Getting a refund is straightforward. We've designed this process to be as simple as possible while ensuring we can help you with any concerns.

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.

Refund Amounts and Timeframes

Full Refunds (100%)

Available within 14 days of enrollment if you haven't accessed more than the introductory materials.

Partial Refunds (50%)

Available within 30 days if you've completed less than 25% of the course content due to qualifying circumstances.

Special Circumstances

Corporate Enrollments

Students on partial or full scholarships should contact our financial aid office, as different terms may apply to subsidized enrollments.

Course Transfers

Instead of a refund, you might prefer transferring to a different course date or program. We can often accommodate schedule changes without additional fees.

What's Not Covered

  • Change of mind after completing more than 25% of course materials
  • Failure to attend due to work schedule conflicts (unless emergency)
  • Technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, device compatibility)
  • Dissatisfaction with course pace or teaching style after attending multiple sessions
  • Requests made more than 60 days after course completion
